New Appraisal Website Launched, March, 2003   I am proud to  announce the launch of my new state of the art appraisal services Web site today. The new site is powered by a la mode, inc. net.X technology, which integrates and leverages a range of desktop and Internet applications and data sources to extend the network to the desktops of our clients.

This new appraisal services site provides streamlined services for existing as well as potential new clients, while also providing technology integration that allows me to be more effective in daily operations and reduce turn around times to a minimum. As a client, not only are you able to place orders and track status, but you can view and retrieve archived reports, all within a secure log-in environment. The new site also provides rich multi-media content for non-lender clients, pointing out the benefits of hiring a professional appraiser. Going forward, the underlying a la mode net.X platform of this new site enables me to automatically add features and capabilities to meet the clients changing business requirements and keep up with the technology curve in Real Estate.   I have been providing Real Estate Appraisal services in the area since 1995 and will continue to provide a full range of Real Estate Appraisal services, specializing in valuation of residential properties.    As it has been since the beginning, my goal is to combine a focus on customer service with the utilization of technology to provide my clients with the highest quality and fastest delivery times in the market.
